This notice explains how PekerjaHub (FWCP) handles the information in your account and the limited circumstances in which our authorised support personnel may access it. It forms part of the terms under which we provide the service.
Support access
To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues you report, our authorised support personnel may access your account and the data it contains (including worker records) on a read-only basis. Every such access is time-limited, requires a recorded reason and support-ticket reference, and is captured in an audit log. We do not modify your data during a support session, and we never use your login credentials.
Your data and the PDPA
The worker records you store in PekerjaHub — including names, passport numbers, and dates of birth — are personal data belonging to third parties and are handled in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We use this data only to provide the compliance and document-management service to you, access is role-based, and important actions are recorded in an audit log.
