Terms of Service

PekerjaHub is a compliance-tracking and document-management service for employers of foreign workers in Malaysia. It helps you record worker details, store and organise permit, passport, insurance and FOMEMA documents, track renewal and expiry dates, and manage related requests. It is a record-keeping and status-tracking tool — it does not submit filings to Immigration, FWCMS, or any other authority on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your users enter, for the conduct of any user you invite under your account, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must have the right to store the worker and company data you upload.

New signups get their first 30 days free — full features for up to 1,000 workers, no credit card required. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, your account switches to the Free plan automatically — your data is never deleted, and you can export it at any time.

Paid plans are priced by worker headcount and billed monthly or yearly, as shown on our Pricing page. Cancellation, refund eligibility, and non-refundable periods are set out in full on our Refund Policy — these terms do not add to or change what that page says.

The worker and company records you store are your data. Under Malaysia's PDPA, you are the data controller for that data and PekerjaHub processes it on your behalf to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including our read-only support-access policy.

You agree not to use PekerjaHub to store or process data you are not authorised to hold, to attempt to bypass its access controls, or to use the service in a way that disrupts it for other customers.

We work to keep PekerjaHub available and reliable, but we do not promise a specific uptime guarantee or service-level commitment. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

You may close your account at any time. Closing or suspending an account does not delete your data outright — export stays available, the same data-safety commitment described under Free trial above.

To the extent permitted by law, PekerjaHub is provided on an "as is" basis. Our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date above; continuing to use PekerjaHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
